A Family Tradition Since 1946

In 1946, Tony Prince opened his Italian American restaurant with Talita at his side. Tony and Talita later opened a small diner called “Tiny Tim’s” serving Tiny Tim Burgers and Dad’s Coney’s, along with dinners.

In 1968, Tony traveled to New York, Michigan, and Illinois in search of a great Coney Island. Columbus had some great Coney Island shops in those days, and he knew he had to create a great recipe to compete. Working in his small kitchen in the Short North of Columbus he created this wonderful coney sauce, which became well known. Frankie, working with his father at the young age of nine years old learned how this sauce was made.

Welcome to Dad’s Coney’s and Wraps. We are proud to bring back to Columbus my father’s great coney sauce recipe. We will keep with my father’s tradition of making everyone feel like family.

Thank you!
